Must be installed in combination with a gas-to-electric conversion; Must replace or supplement the home’s main electric service panel; and Electrical service equipment shall be installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s installation instructions, the current California Electrical Code, Article 230, Santa Monica Municipal Code, and SCE rules and regulations. New construction not eligible; Each applicant is eligible for one rebate per appliance type per address; must replace existing gas equipment
